Siteholder weekend passes, vehicle permits and a rebooking form for the 2018 were dispatched to each siteholder by priority mail on Friday 6 October 2017.
If you are a current site holder you should receive this mailing during the second week of October by priority mail.
You must apply your vehicle permit windscreen sticker to your vehicle windscreen before arriving at the entry gate and bring the tickets and documents you receive in the mail with you to the Swap. Replacement of a forgotten vehicle entry permit will cost you $10 and delayed entry.
You must rebook your site for 2018 before 28 February 2018. The quickest way to do that is to make your rebooking at the Rebooking Office in the BEC Centre at this year’s Swap. In addition to cash and cheque payment an EFTPOS facility will be available at the Rebooking Office.
Any sites not rebooked by the end of February 2017 will be made available to those on the waiting list.
If you are not a current site holder and would like to book a site for the 2018 Swap, please complete the Waiting List Booking Form and either hand it in to the Rebooking Office at this year’s Swap or return it by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Mail: PO Box 1341 Bendigo VIC 3552. The waiting list will be handled in strict order of the time is is submitted.

One set of weekend tickets are provided for every site booked. Additional sets of weekend tickets are available for $20 a set.
- Rebooking closes on 28th February prior to the Swap.
- All sites that have not been rebooked by this date will be reallocated to those on the waiting list.

- 2pm to 6pm Friday
- 11am to 3pm Saturday
- 10am to 3pm Sunday

Forward the completed rebooking form with either credit card details or evidence that a bank transfer has been made.

If all sites have been booked you can still complete a Waiting List Application Form. Please ensure the following information is completed – name, address, telephone number, email address, a brief description of goods for sale, the type of site required (i.e. indoor or outdoor site).
Once rebookings have closed all vacant sites will be allocated to waiting list participants.
Allocations are done according to date order and suitability.
