SWAP MEET 'SHOW N SHINE' & Cars for Sale.
Saturday 14th November, 2009
The Veteran Vintage & Classic Club Inc., Bendigo, will conduct the 'Show 'n Shine' and 'Cars for Sale' on Saturday only, 14th of November, 2009.Entrys for the Show and Shine will only be accepted on the day - enter through Gate 3 after 6am. There is no requirement to book, no pre-bookings will be accepted. Entries will be displayed in an enclosed display area. Prizes will be awarded for Category Winners.
The Conditions of Entry are as follows:
- Cars must be more than 25 years old
- Cars have to be in reasonable show condition
- Cars must have Australian Registration or an Historic Vehicle Permit.
- Cars must be driveable
- No 'rust buckets' or cars on trailers
- Entry via gate 3 from 6am on Saturday ONLY.
- Cars must be left on display until 3.30pm due to Public Risk insurance constraints.
- The swap committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. Due to space limitations, the number of entries will be restricted.
- Exhibitors display their cars at their own risk. No responsibility will be taken by the organising committee or affiliated companies/organisations in the event of accidents or injuries in relation to property, vehicles or persons
- Free entry into the ground is provided for the display car and driver only.
ALL PASSENGERS MUST PAY THE RELEVANT GATE ENTRY FEE.
