Your Van/Stall

So that we can correctly place your stall/van onsite, please attach a sketch of your setup. Please also provide a photograph of your stall/van to help us envisage the best layout for you.

In your sketch please include:

  • dimensions including draw-bar
  • drawbar/tow location
  • access doors/service hatches

Provision of Power and Other Services

Please indicate the number and type of outlets your van required. If you do not require power, please select zero.

Please note, you are not permitted to run a generator at the event unless you have arrange this in advance with the swap organisers. Power will be supplied to within 10 metres of your van. Please ensure you bring sufficient, correctly rated and tagged power leads to connect from the power drop to your stall/van. Capacity is based on this submission - we cannot guarantee additional outlets on the swap weekend.

Agreement to Terms

Food Traders must be able to bump in between 8am and 7pm Friday 13 November 2026.

Due to OH&S requirements, vehicle movement while the Swap is in progress is not possible.

Food Traders are expected to be available and operating for the whole of the event, 6am-5pm Saturday 14 November & 7am-midday Sunday 15 November 2026.

Extended trading on Saturday night is encouraged.
