Food Vendors

With over 1600 sites and an average attendence of 15,000 to 20,000 people across the two main days of the swap, we are looking for vendors to provide food and drink services to across the three days of the event.

Event Schedule

Friday – Set-Up Day

  • From 8:00 AM:
  • Siteholders and food vendors may begin setting up
  • Siteholders and security will be onsite throughout the weekend
  • Note: No public access on Friday

Saturday – Main Trading Day

  • 6:00 AM: Gates open to the general public
  • Trading continues until approximately 5:00 PM – food vendors may want to stay open a little later to catch the remaining foot traffic and stall holder.

Sunday – Final Day

  • 7:00 AM: Gates open to the general public
  • Trading winds down around midday, followed by pack-up

Site Cost

  • $750 per location.
