The event is owned by the Federation of Veteran, Vintage and Classic Clubs of Victoria and is managed by the Veteran, Vintage and Classic Club Bendigo. Federation member clubs from around Victoria and local service clubs in Bendigo provide additional voluntary assistance.

Potential site holders need to submit a waiting list application using this >> Form <<

After each swap in November current site holders have until the 28th of February the following year to rebook. After this date, site relocations, site reallocation and waiting list applications will be processed.

Applications are processed in order of receipt, and when a site becomes available, you will be contacted using the details you have provided.

When do I need to have my site rebooked by?2025-03-30T22:41:57+11:00

All sites must be rebooked by February 28th to retain your site for the upcoming Swap. Site reallocations and requests will be processed after this date, along with the waiting list.

The quickest way to rebook your site is by visiting the Rebooking Office in the BEC Centre at this year’s Swap.

When do gates open to the Site Holder?2025-03-30T22:43:51+11:00

Gates open at 8am on Friday the 14th of November to allow setup, there is strictly NO trading on Friday. Sites found trading on Friday risk loss of site.

Can I volunteer at the Swap?2025-03-30T22:44:55+11:00

Yes, volunteers are an essential part in the running of the Bendigo National Swap Meet.

Volunteers are drawn from the Federation member Car Clubs across the state.

When do gates open to the General Public?2025-03-30T22:49:04+11:00

Gates open at 6am on Saturday 15th November and 7am on Sunday 16th November.

Is parking available at the Swap?2025-03-30T22:48:14+11:00

Parking is available around the site, particularly on Holmes Rd and Prouses Rd. Please follow all directional signs on the day.

Disabled parking is available on-site at Gate 3. No other public parking is available on-site.

Can I use a scooter or mobility aids at the Swap?2025-07-12T23:43:06+10:00

Motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be used on site, provided you have a genuine need and your mobility device meets Australian Standards and complies with the Victorian Road Rules. The speed of these devices must be kept to walking pace at all times, and they are not permitted to tow trailers.

Please note that some areas may not be accessible solely by mobility scooter due to steep gradients and rough terrain.

If you need to access disability parking, it is available via Gate 3.

Are pets allowed at the Bendigo Swap Meet?2025-03-30T22:46:12+11:00

No. Due to the large volume of foot traffic at the Swap, dogs and other pets can pose potential hazards.

Registered assistance dogs are exempt. You may be asked to produce evidence that an animal is an assistance animal.
